What we offer and why is Stakeholder Management Important?

We offer a series of workshops built around the need to continue to support the ideal relationship as a Trusted Advisor to all Business Units and around your firm. We also offer educational programs designed for any firm that is looking towards a best in class Procurement Organization.


Whether you are in Sales, C-Suite, Supply Chain, IT, Procurement or Customer Service, you manage engagements, or touch points, with people who play a role in the success of that engagement. These people are called Stakeholders. A “Stakeholder” is any person that is actively involved in an engagement, or whose interests may be affected positively or negatively by the execution of an engagement.


Stakeholders have varying levels in interest and influence towards your engagement. Those stakeholders with high levels of influence and interest are called “Key Players” and can likely shape the solution at its early stages.


Participants in these workshops will learn what drives stakeholders, understand the importance of stakeholder management and how to positively affect stakeholder perceptions of the value that you or your team bring to them.


Through practical and interactive exercises, you will learn the methods to track stakeholders through mapping and how to manage stakeholder communications throughout the entire engagement.
